2. Scope of Services
We provide:
- Graphic Design: Logo design, branding packages, stationery design, and more.
- Web Development: Custom website design, hosting, maintenance, and e-commerce solutions.
- Digital Marketing: SEO, content creation, and paid advertising support.
Each service may have additional terms specific to the scope of work, timeline, and payment.
3. Quotes & Payments
- All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin most projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery of final files or website launch.
- Late payments may incur interest or service delays.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide clear project briefs and required assets (text, logos, images) in a timely manner.
- Review and approve work within agreed-upon timelines.
- Ensure they have legal rights to all materials submitted.
5. Revisions
We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions for most projects. Additional revisions may be billed at our hourly rate unless included in a service pack.
6. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines vary by project scope. We will always communicate estimated turnaround times. Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed content or approvals) may affect the final delivery date.
7. Ownership & Copyright
- Final approved work becomes the property of the client upon full payment.
- BadBoi Designs retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- We do not transfer rights for any unapproved or unused concepts.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund of any deposit will be issued.
- If work has started, a partial refund may be granted based on time invested.
- No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been approved and sent.
9. Website Hosting Terms (if applicable)
- Clients using our hosting must adhere to acceptable use policies.
- We are not responsible for loss of data due to client error or third-party plugin conflicts.
- Regular backups are included in all managed hosting packages.
10. Limitation of Liability
BadBoi Designs will not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity resulting from use or inability to use our services.
11. Confidentiality
Any sensitive client information shared with us will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent, unless legally required.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
